Scouts USA Astronomy Merit Badge

If you are interested in working on the Scouts USA (f.k.a. Boy Scouts) Astronomy Merit Badge and would like to visit the NAA's Astronomy Education Center for a special session as part of that effort, have your approved merit badge counselor contact the NAA to arrange for a visit. (See Map page for the location of the AEC.) The session will cover the topics needed for the Merit Badge and will include observing through the club's 12" and 16" telescopes.

Please note that this is outside our seasonal youth group/scout nights where we host Brownie, Girl Scout, Cub Scout and other youth groups at the AEC. (See our youth group page for more information.)
