Moon Image Atlas Images
The Moon images were taken by the following cameras and telescopes.

• The oldest images were taken with a Nikon Coolpix 990 Digital Camera afocal coupled using universal camera adapter to an Orion Telescopes & Binoculars ShortTube™ achromatic 80mm aperture refractor using Orion Telescopes & Binoculars 20mm Sirius Plossel eyepiece. Moon images taken after 2002.12.23 were taken with eyepiece/adapters.
   
• Nikon Coolpix 990 Digital Camera afocal coupled using eyepiece/adapters to an Orion Telescopes & Binoculars Argonaut™ 150mm Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope.
   
• Starting in the summer of 2003 some Moon images are taken with the Philips PCVC740K ToUcam PRO PC camera and an Orion Telescopes & Binoculars Argonaut™ 150mm Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope.

Most of the images were taken from my home in Camas, WA, U.S.A. except for a few images taken at Oregon Star Party 2002. Clicking on a some Moon images will toggle between an image with labels and an image without labels. In general imaging processing was pushed hard to bring out lunar details.
